Easy Guide to ESI Registration with COMPLIANCE INDIA
Employee State Insurance (ESI) is a government scheme in India that gives social security and health insurance to workers earning a certain monthly salary (up to ₹21,000, or ₹25,000 for people with disabilities). It also covers their families. If your business has 10 or more employees (or 20 in some states), you must register for ESI.
COMPLIANCE INDIA helps make ESI registration simple and stress-free. Our experts know all the rules and guide you through the online process to ensure your employees get the benefits of the ESI scheme.
What is the ESI Scheme?
The ESI Scheme started under the ESI Act of 1948. It’s run by the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and provides benefits like medical care, sick leave payments, maternity support, and more. Employers need to register their business with ESIC and share employee details to join the scheme.
The rules can be tricky, but COMPLIANCE INDIA’s experts are here to help you with the process.
